Welcome to TwinBot, owned and operated by VK WD Solutions Ltd. By accessing or using TwinBot (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Credits are required for training and image generation. All purchases are final. Generated content is yours to use personally or commercially. We may update these terms as TwinBot evolves.

1. Use of the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use TwinBot. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you upload and the prompts you submit.

2. Accounts and Profiles. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and any actions taken through it. You may delete your profile and associated data at any time by contacting us.

3. Credits & Payments. TwinBot operates on a credit-based system. Prices and credit usage may change, and we will notify users of significant changes. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.

4. User Content. You retain ownership of photos, prompts, and content you provide. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process it solely for providing the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Generated ContentImages and media generated via TwinBot are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes.We do not guarantee that generated content is free of third-party rights; you are responsible for its use.

6. Prohibited Uses. You agree not to use TwinBot to: Create illegal, harmful, or abusive content. Infringe on intellectual property rights. Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

7. Service Availability. TwinBot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VK WD Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TwinBot.

9. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
